“It definitely inspired us to think differently and would be helpful for leading discussion in a team workshop or management workshop setting. I think managers think from a top-down perspective (them being the top) and our company is trying to reverse that, so words like "community" and "authority" are a lot less management-speak, and might help them think about their role differently.”
